“Good health for everybody”.  It is this slogan that has motivated AEAD to become involved in the health of Burkinabés.

The West African country of Burkina Faso is prone to many diseases.  Every year millions of people are affected by Malaria, Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A, Meningococcal Meningitis, Typhoid Fever and AIDS and every year, many tens of thousands die as a result of inadequate medical resources.

Because of this, AEAD has resolved to become instrumental in the fight against Malaria and the pandemic of AIDS and to continue this fight until adequate health facilities are available to every man, woman and child in our country.
